ROC announced Monday it will acquire Zuccaro Technical Consulting in a move designed to strengthen its investigative technology platform by layering in advanced digital forensics capabilities alongside its existing ROC Evidence and Vision AI products. The deal brings together two firms whose combined offerings now span the full lifecycle of a digital investigation, from data collection through AI-assisted analysis.
The acquisition immediately broadens ROC's commercial footprint by absorbing Zuccaro's active federal government contracts, giving the combined company a pre-established revenue stream in a sector where procurement relationships are notoriously difficult to build from scratch. That existing federal presence is expected to accelerate ROC's push to monetize its ROC Evidence suite at the agency level.
