Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: STRW) announced Tuesday that it has finalized the acquisition of a healthcare campus in Marshall, Missouri, expanding its footprint in the Midwest with a deal that brings three distinct medical facilities under its ownership.
The acquired campus includes a 60-bed hospital, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, and a medical office building — a combination that positions the South Bend, Indiana-based real estate investment trust to serve multiple segments of the healthcare continuum at a single site.
